Just wondering, I know if I want slimmer things I should be doing cardio, but I wanted to know if Pilates and yoga would help make them more toned but not bulky? Thanks heaps x
Pilates tone, yoga just helps with flexibility and posture. Pilates will help tone a lot. Avoid sprinting and HIITS, aim for endurance cardio, so jogging for 30-45 minutes xx
If I used to eat very healthy for a while and now I have been eating bad can that be affecting my period cycle??
It’s very possible, it could also be from stress or sudden weight gain or weight loss x

i do blogilates everyday and I also wanna add an hour of cardio, I don't like running in my neighborhood so would walking for an hour count or should I just do cardio videos??
Try a beep test in your garden or walking as fast as you can for an hour and a half. A lot of cardio is important x

Trashy shows like housewives of Miami, or just anime, I liked gokukoku or something like that, also watching sailor moon crystal x
So im about 190 pounds guessing about 5'5 and I've been working out and eating good for about a month or two now and there isn't any weight change i dont understand
